This lovely doll has a perfect bisque head with no chips,cracks or facial wear. The bisque head is marked: K*R Simon & Halbig 121 with a number 42 at the base of the neck. . She has a 5 piece jointed toddler body with original body finish in excellent condition.. She has blue glass sleep eyes  and 100% of eyelid wax.  She is very well-costumed in a pink linen antique dress with lace trim and matching bonnet. She wears   white pantaloons,pink crochet socks and vintage tan leather shoes with laces. She has factory red marked fingers and toes. She has a blonde mohair wig with no pate.
