Description  This auction is for a limited edition dollhouse! This house made by Real Good Toys is a limited edition 59/250. This is a circa 1980 dollhouse made specifically for the first lady Rosalynn Carter. RGT then issued 250 of these for sale. Who knows how many of the 250 are still in existence. This is a rare find with every piece included. I have several boxes of stuff that all goes with the house. Staircases, I think there are 2, one spiral. Wallpaper, shingles, bricks, mortar, fireplace, windows, tons of stuff! All paperwork and instructions are included.
